Mr. Simkins received a Masters of Accounting degree from Utah State University in 1978. He has a CPA certificate from Utah. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Simkins worked for Touche Ross in Anchorage. He has over 23 years of public accounting experience and is currently the office managing partner. He specializes in tax, agriculture, retail and construction.

Mr. Kidman received a Bachelors degree in Accounting and an MBA from Utah State University. He has CPA certificates from Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. Mike has served clients for the past 19 years in areas such as SEC reporting, manufacturing, construction, retail, SEC and various other industries.

Mr. Sandberg received a Masters of Accounting degree from Utah State University. He has a CPA certificate from Utah and prior to joining the firm, spent 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP. He has 19 years experience in advising clients on income tax and business matters and is currently serving clients in the manufacturing, construction, retail and various other industries.

Mr. Hugie received a Bachelors in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Utah State University. He worked over 10 years with Arthur Andersen specializing in tax. He has CPA certificates from Arizona and Utah. He has 15 years experience serving many SEC clients as a tax advisor as well as providing services to clients in the manufacturing, retail, construction and various other industries.

During his 12 years in the profession, Mr. Gibbons has been a contract controller for a publicly traded manufacturing company and taught at Utah State University.
